（ff）出售本公司的全部或任何部分业务或担保，包括任何全部或部分的股份、股票、债票、债券、抵押、其他债务或有价证券、专利、商标、商品名、版权、执照、权力或房产、权利、所有物、特权或任何财产。
(gg) To accept payment for the business or undertaking of the Company or any part thereof, or for any property or rights sold or otherwise disposed of or dealt with by the Company, either in cash, by installments or otherwise, or in shares or bonds of any company, or corporation, with or without deferred or preferred rights in respect of dividends or repayment of capital or otherwise, or by means of a mortgage, or by debentures, debenture stock or mortgage debentures or bonds of any company or partly in one mode and partly in another and generally on such terms as the Company may determine;
（gg）接受公司全部或部分业务或担保的所有开支以及公司出售或处理财产或权利的款项，可以通过现金、分期付款、其他公司或企业分股、债票（无论其在获得股息或偿还股本时是否有递延权或优先权）或其他方式支付，如：任何公司的债券、债券股或抵押债券及债票（可部分为此种方式，部分为另一种方式，但总体上，所有条件均由公司决定）。
(hh) To procure the Company to be registered or recognized in any country or place outside the Colony of Hong Kong;
（hh）收购在香港外任何国家或地区注册或得到认可的公司。
(ii) To draw, make, accept, endorse, discount, execute and issue bills of exchange, promissory notes, debentures and other negotiable or transferable instruments;
（ii）开立、制作、承兑、背书、贴现和签发汇票、本票、债券和其他流通或可转让票据或证券。
(jj) To distribute any of the property of the Company amongst the Members in specie or otherwise, but so that no distribution amounting to a reduction of capital be made except with the sanction (if any) for the time being required by law;
（jj）在公司股东中按法律所规定的协议照章或以其他方式分配本公司的任何财产或资产，资产赤字时，不能进行分配（除非董事会一致认可）；
(kk) To do all or any of the above things in any part of the world, and as principals, agents, contractors, trustees or otherwise, and by or through trustees, agents or otherwise and either alone or in conjunction with others;
（kk）以负责人、代理人、承包人、受托人或其他身份，经或通过受托人、代理人或其他人之手，单独或与他人合作，在世界各地实施上述所有或部分事项；
(ll) To do all such things as are incidental or conducive to the above objects or any of them in the said Colony or any place throughout the world.

And it is hereby declared that the words “company” and “corporation” in this clause except where used in reference to this Company, shall be deemed to include any partnership or other body of persons, whether incorporated or not incorporated, and whether domiciled in Hong Kong or elsewhere, and further the intention is that the objects specified in each paragraph of this clause shall, except where otherwise expressed in such paragraph, be independent main objects and be in nowise limited Of restricted by reference to or inference from the terms of any other paragraph or the name of the Company.
特此声明：本条所用的词语“公司”和“企业”除了用于指本公司以外，也可指任何其他合作关系或团体，无论单独或联合，无论是香港还是其他地方，本条上述各款所具体规定的宗旨应作为本公司独立和不同的宗旨，对其不应作限制性解释而应尽量扩大解释，或从本公司的名称所作的推论而受到任何限制或制约。
